1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Docuvo mobile application ("the App"), developed by Avyric Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Local Storage & Passcode Responsibility
Docuvo is an offline-first vault. All encrypted data remains strictly on your device. Avyric Studio does not maintain servers holding copies of your files, passcodes, or cryptographic keys.
- You are solely responsible for remembering your vault PIN.
- If you lose your device or forget your PIN without biometric access, Avyric Studio cannot recover or decrypt your vault.
- You are solely responsible for creating your own device backups.
3. Document Expiry Reminders Disclaimer
Docuvo provides automated reminders for passports, driver's licenses, and documents via iOS local notifications. Docuvo is a convenience utility, and you remain responsible for monitoring document expiry dates independently.
4. Warranty & Liability Limits
Docuvo is delivered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avyric Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from device hardware failure, operating system updates, or data loss.
