Overview
Docuvo ("the App") is a private document manager for iOS. Your privacy is fundamental to how the App is designed. Docuvo stores all your data exclusively on your device and does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.
Information We Collect
We collect nothing.
Docuvo does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. There are no user accounts, no registration, and no cloud storage. Everything you add to Docuvo stays on your device.
How Your Data Is Stored
All documents, photos, and information you add to Docuvo are:
- Stored only on your device
- Protected by your device's Keychain and Secure Enclave
- Never uploaded to any server, cloud service, or third party
Device Permissions
Camera — Used only to scan documents. Images are processed entirely on your device and never transmitted anywhere.
Photo Library — Used only to import photos or images you choose. Selected files are processed and stored locally on your device.
Face ID / Touch ID — Used only to unlock the App. Biometric authentication is handled entirely by iOS and Apple's Secure Enclave. Docuvo never has access to your biometric data.
Notifications — Used only to send local reminders about upcoming document expiry dates. These notifications are generated on your device and no data is sent to any server.
On-Device Intelligence
Docuvo uses on-device OCR (optical character recognition) to read and analyse documents you add. This processing happens entirely on your device. No document content, images, or extracted text are ever sent to any external service or server.
Third-Party Services
Docuvo does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data-collection services. No third-party SDKs are included in the App.
Data Deletion
You have full control over your data at all times:
- You can delete individual documents from within the App
- You can delete your entire vault via Settings → Delete Vault, which permanently and irreversibly erases all data stored by Docuvo
- Deleting the App from your device also removes all associated data
Children's Privacy
Docuvo does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is not directed at children.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes in a future version of the App, the updated policy will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

1. Studio Commitment
Avyric Studio ("we", "our", or "the Studio") develops software applications for Apple platforms. Our corporate philosophy is straightforward: we believe user data belongs to the user, not our servers. This policy covers our digital presence, websites, and general developer operations.
2. Website & Direct Inquiries
When you visit our studio website (avyricstudio.com), we do not run third-party tracking scripts or advertising cookies. If you voluntarily email our team at hello@avyricstudio.com for technical support or inquiries, we only use your email address and message contents to respond to you. We never sell, rent, or trade customer emails with marketers or third-party brokers.
3. Application Development Standards
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a dedicated app policy, all iOS applications published by Avyric Studio are architected as offline-first, zero-knowledge utilities. We prioritize local storage, local Keychain security, and on-device CoreML / Vision processing rather than harvesting data into proprietary clouds.

Terms of Use — Docuvo

1. Agreement to Terms
By installing or using Docuvo ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any portion, please uninstall and discontinue using the application.
2. Local Storage & Critical Passcode Responsibility
Docuvo is engineered as an on-device application. Avyric Studio does not maintain external backup copies of your credentials, PIN codes, or uploaded documents.
- You are solely responsible for memorizing your vault PIN.
- If you forget your PIN and biometric unlock is disabled or unavailable, your data may be cryptographically unrecoverable. Avyric Studio cannot restore your vault.
- You are responsible for creating your own secondary device backups.
3. Local Expiry Reminders Disclaimer
Docuvo provides automated reminders for passports, driver's licenses, and documents. While we make every engineering effort to ensure reliable iOS local notification scheduling, you acknowledge that Docuvo is a convenience utility. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your legal documentation and vehicle filings are renewed on time.
4. Warranty & Liability Limits
Docuvo is delivered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avyric Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from device hardware failure, operating system updates, or data loss.

1. Overview
These Master Terms govern the digital properties, websites, and software applications released by Avyric Studio ("the Company"). Individual mobile apps published under the Avyric Studio developer account may additionally carry supplemental terms.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All brand trademarks, software code, custom logos, visual interfaces, UI iconography, and interactive elements produced by Avyric Studio are the intellectual property of Avyric Studio and its applicable rights holders. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or reproduce any application bundle or asset without express written consent, except where permitted by applicable law.
3. App Store Licensing
Software distributed through Apple's App Store is licensed to end users under Apple's applicable Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), subject to any app-specific terms specified by Avyric Studio.
4. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise studio policies and terms periodically. Updated Terms will be published on this website with a revised Effective Date.
