Avyric Studio (“we,” “us”) built Docuvo as a local-first, offline document vault app. This Privacy Policy explains how Docuvo handles information.
1. No Account, No Data Collection
Docuvo does not require account creation, sign-up, or login. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any of your personal information, documents, or usage data. Everything you add — documents, photos, dates, names, categories — stays stored locally on your device only.
2. On-Device Processing
Docuvo's document intelligence (automatic detection of dates, document types, or names) runs entirely on-device using Apple's on-device frameworks. No document content or extracted data ever leaves your device or is sent to Avyric Studio or any third party.
3. Permissions We Request
- Camera — used only when you choose to scan a document.
- Face ID — used only to unlock your vault. Face ID data is managed entirely by iOS and is never accessible to Docuvo or Avyric Studio.
- Notifications — used only to remind you of expiry dates you've set. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device; no data is sent to any server.
4. No Analytics, No Advertising, No Third Parties
Docuvo does not use analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or any third-party services.
5. Your Control Over Your Data
All documents are stored locally on your device. Deleting a document or your vault permanently removes it — Avyric Studio has no copy, backup, or way to restore it.
6. Children's Privacy
Docuvo does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because it collects no information at all.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy if Docuvo's functionality changes. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
